Firstly..i bought this for my wife who constantly complains about previous mattress quality and comfort. I decided to buy this because it has 15 yrs of warranty (hope they uphold) and another is it is not folded and delivered instead straight. This has increased the comfort and easy setup unlike other company mattress. Everything 1. Thickness 2. Comfort 4. Ease of setup 5. Warranty assuranceCons:1. Matress is only 12kg approx2. Size difference happens instead of 75″ they shipped 72″3. No quick replacement for the right size was approvedBut with the mattress in white colour and dual side support may go for another couple of years. For The price it is ok and good. Hope it helps somebody who wants an affordable option among high priced mattress es
