I order 78x72x5 size but i received 78x74x5 it is 2 inches wider from ordered size. Main thing thereis no option for replacement. Othervise it is very comfortable. You feel it is soft while sitting but balanced firmness while sleep. And does not feel any pain in my body. I only give three stars because they send wrong size
