Good product but worst delivery
The product is good but delivery partner not delivered to my dorr step. They refused to bring it to my address and asked me to give 300₹ for transportation and I didn’t have the choice so I paid them extra. Amazon should do something for this or simply add extra delivery charges from start

“Worth the Money – Good Cooling & Low Power Consumption”
I bought this fridge on a budget, and honestly, it feels worth the money. It doesn’t consume much electricity, which is a big relief in the long run. Delivery was on time, and the packaging was neat and secure.At first, I was a bit confused seeing only 2 glass shelves—I expected 3. But it seems this model comes with 2, so that’s okay.Overall, the fridge is working well so far. Cooling is good, and performance is smooth. Hope it works just as well for others too.

I want to give negative rating. Don’t Purchase this. Its waste of money.1. Build quality :- 3rd class2. Only have 2 legs in front side. No leg in back side. It is not stable.3. For cooling water bottle it takes a lot of time . I compered it with my Godrej refrigerator which i have purchased on 2018 at same cost. (I kept bottles on door).4. Door also feels like it can break at any time

Defective Product
I recently purchased a refrigerator from Haier, and while I am satisfied with the product overall, I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service experience.I raised a service complaint requesting the replacement of a defective tray. However, despite lodging the complaint, there has been no response or service visit scheduled from either Haier or Amazon. The lack of communication and action is highly frustrating.It is very disappointing to experience such poor service from a brand that promotes itself as a global No. 1. As a customer, I expect timely and responsible after-sales support, especially for a newly purchased appliance.If my complaint is not addressed and a service technician does not visit my residence by tomorrow, I will be left with no option but to initiate a return request.I sincerely hope you treat this matter as urgent and arrange for immediate resolution.You may also look at the photos of the tray uploaded.
